Filarmonie Future is a symphonic-vocal concert drawing pages from the great operatic repertoire. Conceived as a generational bridge, it brings together young instrumentalists from the Conservatorio Vecchi-Tonelli in Modena with the professional musicians of the Filarmonica del Teatro Comunale di Modena. Under the baton of Matteo Parmeggiani, young singers trained in the masterclasses of the celebrated soprano Raina Kabaivanska perform celebrated opera pages from Mozart, Rossini, Verdi, and Puccini. The 2026 edition takes place within the Modena Belcanto Festival and is presented in collaboration with the Teatro Comunale di Carpi. The project reflects Kabaivanska’s long-standing pedagogical legacy and the Italian vocal tradition, emphasizing talent, rigorous study, fidelity to the score, and the joy of performing for an audience.
