Organized by the Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti on the anniversary of the Maestro’s birth, this one-night concert pays homage to the unique collaboration between Modena’s great tenor and the legendary American composer and conductor Henry Mancini. Celebrated for timeless film scores such as Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Pink Panther, and the song Moon River, Mancini forged a historic and prolific partnership with Pavarotti that led to two successful recording projects: Mamma and Volare. The program revisits highlights from that artistic journey. The Orchestra Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti leads the musical forces, joined by young singers selected and supported by the Foundation as part of its international mission to promote new operatic talent. The event is presented within the Modena Belcanto Festival 2026.
