About this event
A revival of the 2015 Janáček Theatre production directed by Martin Glaser, this Jenůfa is presented within the Janáček Brno 2026 international festival, with Jakub Hrůša conducting the Bamberg Symphony together with the Janáček Opera ensemble of National Theatre Brno. The festival edition highlights the long-running staging’s final outings, with the 7 November performance announced as a derniéra. The visual team includes set designer Pavel Borák, costume designer Markéta Sládečková–Oslzlá, lighting designer Martin Špetlík and choreographer Mário Radačovský; dramaturgy by Olga Šubrtová. Performed in Czech with Czech, English and German surtitles.
