River Rep Theatre presents Eugène Ionesco’s Rhinoceros as the third and final mainstage production of its 2026 season, completing a thematic arc of “FUTURE WORLDS, FANTASTICAL WORLDS, ABSURD WORLDS.” The company describes the play as a seminal work of absurdist theatre that mixes despair with humor and challenges audiences to confront the irrationality of life.
