About this event

A guest event by Konzertdirektion Hans Adler in the Kammermusiksaal of the Philharmonie Berlin: a chamber-music format curated by Elena Bashkirova, featuring three of Mozart’s Viennese piano concertos (K. 414, K. 415, K. 449) performed in arrangements for piano and string quintet. By reducing the orchestral forces to five strings, the dialogue between the solo piano and the individual string voices comes to the fore, rendering the original orchestral textures with chamber-like clarity. The format aligns with Bashkirova’s artistic profile as a chamber musician and as artistic director of the Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival and the Intonations festival (Berlin). Tickets are sold via Konzertdirektion Adler/Musikadler and partner Eventim.
