The 1st Chamber Concert of Theater Aachen’s 2026/27 season launches a four-part chamber series in the Spiegelfoyer. Musicians from the Sinfonieorchester Aachen present chamber repertoire in an intimate setting. The season theme “Über:Macht” (About/Over:Power) explores forms of power in society, politics, and human relationships, with the concert strand subtitled “Of Legends, Heroines and Heroes.” For this opening concert, works by Maurice Ravel, Zvonimir Ciglic, and Friedrich Cerha are announced; detailed piece listings and featured players are typically published closer to the date. Each chamber program is offered twice: a Sunday morning matinee at 11:00 and a Monday evening performance at 20:00, both in the Spiegelfoyer of Theater Aachen.
