Tea With... Christmas Special is a long-running festive event organised by Clonter Opera Theatre in Congleton, Cheshire. Established as one of the venue's "Tea With…" series, the Christmas edition follows the same format: an intimate hour of live vocal music followed by a full traditional afternoon tea. Two singers and a pianist present Christmas-themed songs in an up-close banquet-style setting in the Ramsey Room. The space is decorated for the season, and guests are seated at shared tables, with a private table-for-two option available for an additional charge. After the music, afternoon tea is served in the adjacent Foyer. The Tuesday date is designated a relaxed performance aimed at guests with dementia, learning difficulties, autistic spectrum/sensory communication disorders, and their carers. Robin Humphreys, Principal Lecturer at the Royal Northern College of Music, is confirmed as accompanist; the two guest singers for 2026 will be announced.
