“15 Years – From Here Onward” marks the anniversary concert of the Viennese folk music ensemble Alma, celebrating 15 years since the band’s founding in 2011 and its regular appearances at the Wiener Konzerthaus since its 2015 debut. The five musicians (Julia Lacherstorfer, Evelyn Mair, Matteo Haitzmann, Marie‑Theres Stickler, Marlene Lacherstorfer) blend Alpine folk traditions with contemporary arrangements and original compositions. Classical and folk idioms, ländler and polka, yodel and waltz, bourrée and musette sound side by side, leaving space for collective improvisation. The concert opens the Konzerthaus’s 2026/27 Spielarten cycle in the Mozart‑Saal.
