About this event

Discovering the Mysterious World ... of Christmas (DA! 2) is the second Saturday-morning family concert in the Slovenian Philharmonic’s DA! subscription for 2026/27. Designed for children aged 6+ and their families, it introduces Christmas music from Slovenia and around the world through narration, singing, and active audience participation. The programme brings together three resident ensembles—the Slovenian Philharmonic Choir, Brass Ensemble, and Percussion Ensemble—and the newly installed pipe organ, performed by Gioele Andreolli. Conductor Jerica Bukovec leads the choral forces, while hosts Franci Krevh and Urska Bernik guide the audience in Slovenian and invite everyone to sing along. Both performances (10:00 and 12:00) take place on 5 December 2026 in the Marjan Kozina Hall, with single-price tickets.
