Little Night of Horrors (Hungarian: Rémségek kicsiny éjszakája) is a Halloween-themed orchestral concert staged annually by the Budafok Dohnanyi Orchestra (BDZ) at Müpa Budapest. It continues a tradition launched in 2022, focusing on the ancient Celtic roots of Halloween rather than its commercialised American form. Ghosts, vampires, witches and monsters are evoked through orchestral colour, choral textures and theatrical dance rather than narrative. Three forces appear on the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall stage: the BDZ under music director Gábor Hollerung, the Budapest Academic Choral Society (choirmaster Ildikó Balassa), and the ARLtistic Dance Company led by choreographer Réka Lilla Albert. The programme is described as scary, playful and cathartic, with carefully designed lighting and dance heightening the effect. To frame the evening as an atmospheric experience, the concert starts at 9 pm and runs about 90 minutes.
