Part of Annapolis Opera’s 54th-anniversary (2026–2027) season, Voices of America: Celebrating American Composers is a concert created in the spirit of “America at 250.” The program honors American composers whose music reflects the nation’s experience—triumph, struggle, hope, and change—offering an intimate reflection on the United States’ cultural journey. Presented in a concert format rather than a staged opera, the event takes place at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Annapolis. Specific performers and repertoire will be announced by the company.
