舊情新聲 當代作曲家之作品發表與對談 Xvii – National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts, Kaohsiung

About this event

An academic concert-and-dialogue platform created by the Composition faculty of National Sun Yat-sen University, the Contemporary Composers Forum (XVII) centers on Chinese art song. Four invited composers each premiered two to three new songs, performed by vocalists with piano. A pre-concert forum brought NSYSU literature scholars into conversation with the composers and performers, highlighting the interplay of poetry, language, and musical setting. This cross-disciplinary edition aimed to promote Chinese art song in Taiwan and deepen audience understanding through live performance and scholarly exchange.
