Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s musical Evita appears on the Royal Danish Theatre’s Opera House Main Stage in a new Danish translation by Helle Hansen. The production is directed by Niclas Bendixen with set design by Benjamin la Cour, costumes by Anja Vang Kragh, lighting by Ulrik Gad, sound by Tim Hoyer, and choreography by Signe Fabricius. Joakim Hallin conducts. The title role of Eva Peron is shared by Sara Viktoria Bjerregaard and Cecilie Stenspil, with a large ensemble and understudies. Running time is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including one intermission. Tickets range from 105 to 925 DKK, with Season+ and bundle presales leading up to general public sales.
