This production is a German-language adaptation of Noémie de Lattre’s solo play “Féministe pour Homme,” staged as a feminist burlesque evening performed by Alexandra Kamp. It blends theatre, cabaret, and vaudeville, shifting between confession, stand-up, and manifesto. At its core, it interrogates prejudices and clichés about feminism and asserts that one can be both feminine and feminist. The adaptation draws on the award-nominated Paris hit—which ran for two years and was nominated for a 2020 Molière (Best Solo Performance)—and reframes it in language, tone, and approach for a German-speaking audience. Kamp’s performance is described as seductive and rebellious, political and provocative, passionate yet vulnerable.
