These Grieghallen performances are led by Matthew Halls, a conductor renowned for historically informed interpretations of Baroque and Classical music and Chief Conductor of the Tampere Philharmonic since 2023. His approach promises freshness in both the famous choruses and the reflective solos, with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and choral forces joining him to usher in the festive season.
