This production is the second evening of The Bash, a two-day crossover festival conceived by Lena-Lisa Wustendorfer as a Gesamtkunstwerk and described as an experimental laboratory that breaks down boundaries between pop, soul, and classical orchestral music. The 2026 edition explores the tension between homesickness and wanderlust—roots, departure, and homecoming. The title Heicho is Swiss German for “coming home.” Set in the Gotthard region—a symbolic crossroads where North meets South—the concert bridges musical worlds: tradition and modernity, classical and pop. It also marks the first time Marc Sway performs his songs with a full symphony orchestra. Unlike Part I’s chamber-scale forces, Part II features the full Swiss Orchestra alongside Sway and guest musicians, creating a full symphonic crossover experience.
