2. Blaues Konzert – resonanzraum, Hamburg

About this event

The 2nd Blue Concert, subtitled “Heights & Depths,” is an electroacoustic concert experience that explores multiple layers of perception. Its core idea is to make music visible, shape sounds audibly, and render deep sub‑frequencies physically tangible. Acoustic and electronic instruments merge into a setting where hearing, seeing, and feeling intertwine. Sound and visuals respond to one another to open up fresh perspectives on the musical experience. The concert is part of the new festival week “DIE BLAUE WOCHE” in the 2026/2027 season of the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra under the motto “Opposites Attract.” Each of the four Blue Concerts focuses on a pair of opposites; the second addresses “Heights & Depths.” The resonanzraum St. Pauli, located in the former flak bunker on Feldstrasse, with its distinctive acoustics and intimate atmosphere, reinforces the immersive concept.
