Insights is a public ballet training session by Ballett am Rhein within the Deutsche Oper am Rhein’s Jung⁺ program. On selected Saturdays, the company opens the Balletthaus to let audiences observe the approximately 80-minute daily class without intermission. Led by the company’s team of ballet masters/mistresses, the session reveals the technical and artistic foundations that underpin rehearsals and stage productions. The event is suitable for audiences aged 6 and above. Admission is generally free, though some dates may sell out.
