“Do you want to seesaw?” is the debut satire program by the duo Hart auf Hart, created and performed by Elisabeth Hart (Leipzig) and Rhaban Straumann (Olten). Conceived in 2021 during the lockdowns, the artists describe it as a “playground satire without pedagogical intent or pretension.” Two performers at one table, four characters in rapid rotation: with linguistic precision, wordplay, and sharp timing, German and Swiss viewpoints collide—never moralizing, always incisive. Within a play-within-a-play frame, an actress and an actor read their own text and comment on it metatheatrically, giving everyday matters surprising depth. Directed by Christiane Müller. Honours include the 2025 Tuttlinger Krähe Special Prize and the 2026 Thuringian Cabaret Award; nominations include Stuttgarter Besen, Freiburger Leiter, and Leipziger Löwenzahn.
