Llŷr Williams: Baroque Connections 1 – Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff

About this event

The baroque era stands at the dawn of modern classical music, and its swaggering grandeur and passionate emotions have inspired generations of composers. Over three magical concerts, virtuoso pianist Llŷr Williams explores music inspired by the 17th and 18th centuries. The series is designed as a journey through tenderness, fantasy, epic majesty, and dazzling fireworks, inviting audiences to hear a lost age through fresh ears. This first chapter, Baroque Connections 1, opens the exploration.
