This piano recital features Grigory Sokolov, widely regarded as one of the greatest pianists of our time, celebrated for the triumphant receptions he receives wherever he performs. The event closes the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari’s 2026 Concert Season and marks Sokolov’s highly anticipated return to Cagliari, following his historic appearances at the theater in 2000, 2007, and 2010. The performance is presented within the theater’s subscription framework as “Turno A”. The musical program will be announced at a later date.
