About this event

Presented as a Samling Showcase with the programme title “Serenade: To Music,” this concert marks the 30th anniversary of the Samling Institute for Young Artists. It brings together alumni soprano Nardus Williams, mezzo-soprano Cláudia Ribas, baritone Felix Gygli, and pianists Jonathan Ware and Alfred Fardell for an evening of art song and ensemble repertoire for voices with piano. In Wigmore Hall’s intimate setting, the event offers a curated sequence of solos and collaborations, likely including duets and trios with alternating pianists. While specific works are not listed publicly, the theme suggests selections that reflect serenade traditions and tributes to music itself, highlighting the interpretive range and collaborative craft fostered by the Samling Institute.
