Monolord is a Swedish doom/stoner trio known for massive, earth-shaking riffs, hypnotic grooves, and emotionally charged atmospheres. Formed in Gothenburg in 2013, the band quickly became a key reference in the modern doom scene, releasing internationally acclaimed albums and touring extensively across Europe, North and South America, as well as major festivals. Their records, including Empress Rising, Vænir, Rust, and No Comfort, have cemented their reputation, blending crushing fuzz with subtle melodic lines and immersive, repetition-driven compositions. Now regarded as one of the most consistent and beloved bands on the heavy scene, Monolord is set to open a new chapter with a new album slated for 2026, produced by legendary engineer Sylvia Massy and released on Relapse Records. Opening the night are Poland’s Dopelord with their psychedelic stoner/doom. The event is presented by 3C Tour (Production License: PLATESV-R-2023-002304 / R-2023-002305).
