The panel features Opera Rara’s Artistic Director and conductor Carlo Rizzi, music historian Ditlev Rindom, and select members of the recording’s cast. They will discuss the story behind the recording process and offer insights into Puccini’s evolving artistic vision. A central feature is a first listen to selected audio excerpts from the new recording—the first-ever recording of Puccini’s final version—offering audiences a rare opportunity to hear this iteration of the score.
