Titanic – Eisberg voraus! is a youth theatre production for audiences aged 12 and older. Using the historical sinking of the RMS Titanic as a lens, the staging interrogates blind faith in progress and technological infallibility, while exposing the stark social inequalities that surface in life‑and‑death crises. The production draws a local connection to Bremerhaven’s history as a major European port of emigration. It links a globally familiar story of departure, hope, longing and courage with the city’s own heritage, underlining that the unequal distribution of opportunity—and of survival—remains a timeless issue.
