About this event
Beethoven’s Vienna is a 90-minute symphonic matinee in the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra’s Tea & Trumpets series. The concert places Beethoven’s music alongside pieces by the composer’s heroes and contemporaries to illuminate the musical world of his era. Patrons are invited to gather at the Orpheum for complimentary tea and biscuits from 1:00 pm, one hour before the performance. Guided by a series host, the program weaves narrative context through the selections, highlighting historical links among the featured composers. Early access is available to subscribers of the Tea & Trumpets package.
