The Tokyo Symphony Orchestra’s 747th Subscription Concert celebrates the 80th birthday of Maestro Hubert Soudant with a special program pairing Bruckner’s Te Deum in C major, WAB 45, and Mozart’s Requiem in D minor, K. 626—two monumental sacred works for soloists, chorus, and orchestra. The distinguished solo lineup features Maki Mori (soprano), Mika Kaneko (alto), Kei Fukui (tenor), and Kei Yonashiro (bass). The Tokyo Symphony Chorus appears under chorus master Takuya Nemoto. This high-artistry concert is supported by the Agency for Cultural Affairs subsidy program and takes place at Suntory Hall on 28 November 2026.
