About this event

A grand zoological fantasy to hear and marvel at: the animals celebrate carnival in the jungle, and everyone is there—lions, elephants, tortoises, kangaroos, donkeys, chickens, fish, the beautiful swan, and many more. There is music, dancing, and all sorts of tricks. What exactly happens when the animals celebrate carnival can be heard and experienced at the Gärtnerplatztheater—presented by Marina Blanke, known to children as “Checkerin Marina” from KiKA’s “Checker World.” The music is Camille Saint-Saëns’ suite The Carnival of the Animals, accompanied by Loriot’s beloved German narration. A concert for young audiences aged 5 and up.
