Give Me Five – National Concert Hall, Taipei

About this event

Part of the 2026 TSO Chamber Salon series, Give Me Five brings together five Taipei Symphony Orchestra string players for an intimate evening of chamber music. The program is conceived as a cross-century dialogue where youthful energy meets enduring masterpieces. By pairing Glazunov’s radiant quintet with Schubert’s profound late work, the concert highlights contrasting eras, styles, and emotional atmospheres. The artistic idea emphasizes how youthful passion can illuminate the depth and craft of classic repertoire. Listeners are invited to encounter an “immortal resonance” created by five strings in conversation across time. Recommended for audiences aged 6 and above.
