About this event

To mark the 250th anniversary of America, the Sphinx Virtuosi's 2026–2027 program, titled "American Dialogues 250," celebrates the nation’s ever-evolving story through newly commissioned works and reimagined classics. The production gives voice to shared ideals and diverse perspectives, inviting audiences to engage in a musical conversation about who we are and who we aspire to become. The national Sphinx Virtuosi Tour is made possible with the generous support of Robert F. Smith, with additional support from the National Endowment for the Arts. The ensemble, known for its professional polish and populist energy, returns for its annual celebration at Carnegie Hall to showcase this unique convergence of musical voices.
