Les Étoiles is an international classical ballet gala that brings the greatest stars of dance to the stage of Teatro La Fenice. Part of the Danza 2026/27 season programmed by Fondazione Teatro La Fenice, the format gathers principal dancers and soloists from major international companies in a program of classical and contemporary excerpts. The La Fenice Orchestra provides live accompaniment under the direction of conductor Paolo Baroni. Each edition offers a different mix of ballet styles and traditions, with casting and pieces that may change. Across the season the gala recurs several times, with an evening performance (19:00) on the 12th and a matinee (15:30) on the 13th of the given month, giving audiences multiple chances to attend. The historic Venetian opera house—opened in 1792 and rebuilt twice after devastating fires—provides a distinctive setting for this showcase of ballet virtuosity.
