About this event
Teatro di San Carlo presents a triple-bill ballet that closes the 2025–2026 season. The evening opens with the world premiere New Creation, choreographed by Garrett Smith, continues with Three Preludes to music by Sergei Rachmaninoff with choreography by Ben Stevenson, and culminates in Maurice Ravel’s iconic Boléro in Maurice Béjart’s legendary choreography. The theatre’s Orchestra, Étoiles, Soloists and Corps de Ballet appear under the musical direction of Jonathan Darlington and the ballet direction of Renato Zanella. Approximate duration: 2 hours 30 minutes, with two intervals.
