About this event
Holland Baroque and the French vocal trio Les Itinérantes present the Christmas program Noël Nomade. Baroque elegance and sparkle meet the groove and magical flair of folk in a musical journey across countries, languages and eras, rooted in ancient midwinter rituals where light and hope take center stage. Holland Baroque is led by Tineke and Judith Steenbrink, who also provide the arrangements. Les Itinérantes — Manon Cousin, Pauline Langlois de Swarte and Élodie Pont — revitalize folklore and early music with a warm, blended vocal sound. Together they show that baroque can be utterly contemporary, bringing tradition and innovation into dialogue.
