About this event
Topolina in der Werkstatt is a children’s concert presented by the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde in Wien at the Wiener Musikverein. Weekday shows are reserved for kindergarten groups, while weekend performances welcome families and children aged three and older. Centered on the character Topolina the mouse, the production blends instrumental music with theatrical elements. A compact chamber ensemble—trombone, percussion, tuba, and accordion—interacts with acting and spoken text to create an engaging 50-minute experience tailored to early childhood attention spans. The event emphasizes interactive musical storytelling and clear on-site policies: children must be accompanied by a caregiver, and every attendee, regardless of age, requires a ticket.
