Following three successful Haydn festivals, conductor Adam Fischer and the Danish Chamber Orchestra present their first dedicated “Mozart-Fest” at the Musikverein Graz. The program showcases Mozart’s orchestral mastery, balancing beloved symphonic writing with a rarely performed instrumental concerto. The concerts take place in the historic Stefaniensaal, taking advantage of its classical-era acoustics for a chamber orchestra setup. A highlight is the appearance of Sophie Dervaux, principal bassoonist of the Vienna Philharmonic and an internationally renowned soloist, who joins the Danish Chamber Orchestra specifically for these performances.
