About this event

The Biwako Hall Piano Competition Winners Concert is a special orchestral event designed to discover and promote outstanding pianists from across Japan. Established by the Biwako Hall Center for the Performing Arts, the competition culminates in this showcase where the first-prize winners from the inaugural competition are invited as soloists. Under the baton of Artistic Director Tetsuro Ban, the program features four renowned piano concertos spanning the Baroque, Classical, and Romantic eras, performed with the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra.
