Jay Chou 'carnival Ii' World Tour In Melbourne – Marvel Stadium, Docklands

About this event

Jay Chou's "Carnival II" World Tour marks the 25th anniversary of his debut in the Chinese pop music scene. The tour continues the legacy of his previous "Carnival" theme, symbolizing joy, celebration, and shared memories with fans, and extends this spirit into a new chapter of his musical era. A core feature of this production is the "One City, One Theme" concept, giving each stop its own identity and a more personal connection with the audience. The Melbourne performance is themed "Pink Melbourne," inspired by Jay Chou's song "Pink Ocean" from the album Greatest Works of Art, evoking romance, freedom, and the courage to chase dreams, with visuals influenced by Western Australia's pink lakes. The staging integrates cutting-edge structures, advanced technology, and spectacular lighting and visual effects. Every element—from the stage and props to the visual design—has been reimagined to deliver an immersive, sophisticated audio-visual experience that intertwines his classic hits with new songs.
