“THE Fairmont Brunch” is a recurring weekend experience that blends high-end gastronomy with live jazz in the elegant Kafka Brasserie at Fairmont Golden Prague. Presented on the first and third Saturday of every month from 12:30 to 15:30, the brunch pairs a lavish international buffet with a sophisticated musical backdrop by a Jazz trio featuring Elena Sonenshine. Guests can explore interactive culinary stations, including a Josper grill for meats, a sushi and seafood counter with oysters, and a customizable Gin & Tonic or Bloody Mary bar. An elaborate dessert spread showcases a chocolate fountain, fresh fruit, cakes, and even an ice cream bicycle. Families are welcomed with a supervised kids’ corner offering games, activities, face-painting, and a mini buffet, ensuring a relaxed yet refined atmosphere for all. Pricing from April 2026 is tiered across three packages—Fairmont Brunch, Indulgence, and Celebration—starting at 2,500 CZK, with discounts for children.
