Symphony in a Cenote is a two-part immersive cultural and musical experience hosted at the Fairmont Mayakoba resort in the Riviera Maya. Timed to align with Halloween and Día de Muertos during the resort’s 20th‑anniversary celebrations, the event unfolds across a unique evening journey. Guests begin with a dining experience at Tauro, where an American Steakhouse concept is paired with traditional Mexican recipes. After dinner, attendees are transported into a natural, subterranean cenote within the property’s tropical jungle. In this candlelit setting, canapés and champagne accompany a live music showcase that leverages the cenote’s ancient stone, crystal waters, and natural acoustics to create a singular concert environment.
