About this event

Portland-based folk artist Josh Garrels headlines an evening that blends electronica, folk, and neo-soul, exploring themes of compassion, hope, longing, and liberation. Founder of the independent label Small Voice Records and creator of the fan-financed album Love & War & the Sea In Between, Garrels performs with special guest Taylor Armstrong. The concert follows a classic format: an opening set by Armstrong, followed by Garrels’ full set in the intimate Music Hall at House of Blues San Diego.
