A mid-week wellness and healing session that blends Yin yoga with a crystal singing bowl sound bath. Gentle, floor-based Yin postures are held for several minutes to soften connective tissue, reduce tension, and calm the nervous system. Participants are encouraged to find their edge—sensation without strain—balancing challenge and ease. The sound bath’s soothing vibrations support deep relaxation and mental clarity. Sessions run on a donation-based sliding scale so no one is turned away. Held in the Bacon Studio at reUnify Yoga in Ocean Beach, San Diego.
