Award-winning singer-songwriter Laura Braun brings her debut album “Vom Weg ab” to the stage in 2026. Her piano-driven songs blend autobiographical lyrics with incisive social critique, addressing difficult topics such as poverty and depression. Despite the darkness, Braun finds a tone of courage, hope, and subtle humor. A special highlight is the release concert at Freiburg’s Zelt-Musik-Festival (ZMF), where she will perform in the Badische Zeitung tent with the full band line-up of all album musicians for the first time. Other dates showcase her signature intimate solo performances at the piano. The concerts are described as an emotional rollercoaster that unsettles yet ultimately reconciles.
