“Zigzag to the Zenith” is the current stage program by multitalent Helge Thun, who appears as a magician, comedian, actor, host, and poet. The show follows his previous stage program “Hero of Comedy” and offers a mix of new rhymes, new magic tricks, and new comedy. Thun, who has already won the Sarmoti Award from Siegfried & Roy as well as the title of German team champion in poetry slam, presents himself in this solo program as a “world‑famous local hero” and an “international front‑runner of the regional charts.” The production dispenses with large ensembles and instead focuses on Thun’s craftsmanship in improvisation, theatre sports, and magic.
