With “Schmitt happens”, Martin Schmitt presents his fifth piano cabaret program. The production blends humorous, ironic, subtle, and serious stories and songs. As the current German Cabaret Champion and winner of the Franconian Cabaret Prize, Schmitt combines sharp-witted piano cabaret with blues-soaked piano playing and Bavarian dialect. His stage presence fuses blues, jazz, and Bavarian down-to-earth flair, with the piano at the heart of the show.
