About this event
This is a Christmas concert led by Filippo Maria Bressan, with Raimondo Mazzon on organ, presented by the Camerata Strumentale di Prato. It takes place at Chiesa di San Francesco in Prato, a venue described by the presenter as the concert's established location after restoration. The restoration revealed previously unknown features of the church. The organ has a solo role in Handel's Organ Concerto in B-flat major, Op. 7 No. 1 and in the two Bach cantata sinfonias. The source does not describe staging, scenery, costumes, lighting or choreography. The closing Bach suite is described as an orchestral work involving three trumpets and timpani.
