About this event
On 18 October 2026, the historic Accademia di Agricoltura, Scienze e Lettere opens its doors to a programme for wind ensemble. Twelve players will perform Dvořák’s Serenade Op. 44, a masterpiece of the genre. Alongside it come two rarities: Gounod’s Petite Symphonie for winds and Nielsen’s Serenata in vano. The concert is part of the series “Musei in Musica 2026,” featuring ten Sunday-morning concerts at 11 am in collaboration with the City of Verona and the Accademia Filarmonica. The event offers a unique chance to pair music with art, with the possibility to visit the hosting venue one hour before the concert.
