The final symphonic event of 2026 marks the eagerly awaited return of Dmitri Jurowski to the podium, leading the Fondazione Arena Orchestra in two works not heard at the Teatro Filarmonico for over half a century. Brahms’s experimental and beguiling Serenade No. 2 for small orchestra continues the complete cycle of his symphonic music, paired with Hummel’s famous Trumpet Concerto, a signature piece of acclaimed soloist Sergei Nakariakov.
