Dear Son – Teatro Malibran, Venice

About this event

Dancers and choreographers Simone Repele and Sasha Riva bring to the stage at Teatro Malibran Dear Son, an intense and moving creation that tells a story of memory and hope. At its heart is the portrait of a family marked by the loss of their son, who left for war: a pain that suspends time and shatters past plans and future aspirations, leaving only a motionless, lacerating present. With a poetic and contemplative gaze, Dear Son invites the audience to reflect on universal themes such as the fragility of human existence in a world still scarred by conflicts and wars that continue to devastate entire nations.
