Jazz & Apéro is an after-work concert series featuring the jazz department of the Tiroler Landeskonservatorium (TLK). Designed for a relaxed early evening, it combines live jazz with a friendly social atmosphere—each ticket includes a complimentary drink, with the bar opening at 18:00 ahead of the 18:30 concert start. The series showcases students and faculty in a wide range of jazz styles and ensemble configurations, from small combos to special class features. Past editions have included tributes to historic jazz groups, piano–guitar explorations, modern jazz takes on classical themes, and original student compositions. Performances are held in the intimate Kleiner Saal at the Haus der Musik Innsbruck, fostering close connection between musicians and audience.
